TOURNAMENT TERMS & CONDITIONSA $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking your event to reserve your tee time and any banquet selection. Deposit will be applied toward your event. All cheques are made payable to: Region View Recreation Services. It is the responsibility of the organizer to ensure that all members of the tournament are aware of and respect the golf course & clubhouse rules, etiquette and dress code. Appropriate attire must be worn at all times. Collared shirt or mock turtleneck, Golf shorts or slacks (jeans permitted). No gym wear, beach wear, torn or offensive clothing. No sleeveless shirts. Guests must play in groups of four. Each player must have a set of clubs & bag. In accordance with liquor regulations no outside alcohol will be permitted or brought onto the golf course. Any alcohol given out as prizes or awards may not be opened or consumed on the premises. No coolers are to be brought onto the course. Players must abide by the Local Rules. Novice players should be mixed with experienced players whenever possible. Soft spikes preferred. In the case of inclement weather, tournaments will play as scheduled unless the Superintendent deems the course unplayable. If this is the case, a new date can be set for your tournament. All players are responsible for their own property while on the premises of the Maple Ridge Golf Course. All players are responsible for their own legal liability to others for bodily injury or property damage. Rentals The Maple Ridge Golf Course has 10 sets of clubs and 8 gas powered carts available for rent. Please reserve with the proshop prior to your tournament. 604 465-9221 Maximum two riders per cart. Shotgun Tournaments: Minimum 72 players. One Week In Advance Confirm number of players.
